Frances E. Carroll Lafler, 38, of Big Spring, died on Monday, October 7, 2002, in a local hospital. Funeral services will be at 4:00 PM Wednesday, October 9, 2002, at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with Captain Russ Keeney, of the Salavation Army, officiating. She was born on August 12, 1964 in Seville, Spain and married Danny Lafler on October 2, 1999 in Big Spring, Texas. Frances enjoyed arts & crafts and working puzzles. Her life centered around her family and church. She was involved in the League of Mercy and worked with the youth. She was a loving wife, daughter and friend. She had traveled around the world and throughout the United States before making her home in Big Spring for the past 10 years. She was a member of the Salvation Army. Survivors include her husband, Danny Lafler of Big Spring; a son, Darrell Gene Wilson of Guymon, Oklahoma; a daughter, Trisha Dawn Wilson of Mission; her parents, Charles and Frances Carroll of Alamo; two brothers Thomas Carroll of Plano, and Charles Edward Carroll of Wichita, Kansas; a sister Martha Ann Carroll of Shreveport, Louisiana and her grandmother, Clarice Harp of Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
