     Felisita \Mama\ Rios Paredez, 76, of Big Spring, died on Monday, August 25, 2003, at her residence. A vigil service will be held at 7:00 PM Wednesday at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, August 28, 2003 at the St. Thomas Catholic Church, Big Spring, with Rev. James Plagens, pastor, officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Memoral Park, Big Spring.     She was born on November 23, 1926, in Gonzales, Texas and married Jose Paradez on October 24, 1978 in Big Spring, Texas.     Mrs. Paredez moved to Big Spring in the 1940's and enjoyed quilting and talking to friends. She loved her family, especially those grandchildren.     She was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church and a member of deColores.Survivors include her husband, Jose Paradez of Big Spring; four sons, Jose Pesina of Big Spring, Abel Rios, Gilbert Pesina, and Cruz Rios all of Chicago, Illinois; one daughter, Estella Vela of San Antonio; one brother, Faustino Rios of Big Spring; one sister, Epifana \Pano\ Amaro of Big Spring; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.      She was preceded in death by her parents.                Arrangements under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Big Spring.
