Faye E. Crockett, 74, of Midland, passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2007 in Midland.Faye was born on August 16, 1932 to Clarence and Estella Crockett in Santa Anna, Texas. She moved from Brownwood to Midland in 1959. After working 27 years, she retired from Shell Oil. She also worked for GTE Telephone in Brownwood and San Angelo.Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Casey and Joy Crockett of Colorado Springs, Colorado; two brothers, J.H. Crockett of Wills Point and Weldon Crockett of Brownwood; two grandchildren and six great grandchildren; two nieces, Joyce Harrell of Coleman and Carolyn Harkey of Monahans; and other nieces and nephews.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the American Cancer Society, 2304 W Wadley, Midland, TX 79705.
