Eugenio Martinez Arellano, 50, and wife, Maria Rodriguez Lownes, 61, of Big Spring, died Monday, July 1, 2013, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, July 6, 2013 at the Holy Trinity Catholic Parish. Inurnment will follow at Coahoma Cemetery. A vigil will be held at 7:00 PM, Friday, July 5, 2013, at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel.Eugenio was born March 29, 1963, in Childress. Maria was born June 10, 1952, in Knott. They had been together for 22 years and were inseparable.Eugenio is survived by his son, Anthony Trevino and wife, Brenda Juarez; two daughters, Rebecca Arellano and Angelica Arellano all of Big Spring; one sister, Alicia Barraza and husband, Fernando of Midland; two nieces, Lupita Bargas of Ft. Worth, and Claudia Barraza of Midland; two nephews, Raul Barraza of South Korea and Guillermo Barraza of Midland; and three great nieces and nephews.Maria is survived by three sons, Jesse Rodriguez Lopez, Simon Chavez and Joe Chavez III all of Big Spring; her mother, Soledad Rodriguez of Sand Springs; three sisters, Isidora Morphis and husband, Frank and Lasara Ontiveros and husband, Cresencio all of Sand Springs and Eloisa Gonzales and husband, Fermin of Coahoma; and two brothers, Ruben Rodriguez and wife, Elva and Martin Rodriguez all of Sand Springs.Also surviving are their ten grandchildren, Christopher Trevino, Kristine Trevino, Samuel Perez, Jesse Rene Lopez, Makayla Diane Chavez, Kristen Jay Sosa, Amanda Lopez, Angel Marie Chavez, Joe Anthony Chavez, and Zachary Ryan Chavez.Eugenio was preceded in death by his parents, Eugenio Guzman and Concepcion (Martinez) Arellano.
