Esperanza Abreo DaSilva, 58, of Pearland, Texas, died on Sunday, December 28, 2003, in an automobile accident in Monahans. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, January 3, 2004 at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel, with Rev. Joe Torres, officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Memorial Park.She was born on April 23, 1944, in Big Spring, and married Norberto DaSilva on November 1, 1968, in Big Spring. She was a Baptist. Survivors include her husband, Norberto DaSilva of Pearland; one daughter, Julie Abreo DaSilva Saleem and her husband Faheem of Pearland; one son Robert Abreo DaSilva of Pearland; four sisters, Fe Acosta of Ackerley, Mary Elizabeth Rainey of Schertz, Gloria Galan and Mary Ann Ficke both of Big Spring; four brothers, Efren Abreo of Leakey, Noe Abreo of Lubbock, Jimmy Abreo of Big Spring and David Abreo of Ft. Worth; a half-sister and a half brother.She was preceded in death by her biological parents, Salvadore Abreo and Margarita Perez and her adoptive parents Domingo and Luz Abreo.
