I was so sad to hear about my cousin Eric's passing. I havent seen him in many, many years but i have great memories of him and his sisters and brother Bruce visiting his NY cousins. He was always a sweet, funny and handsome guy. I remember when I was young meeting my Texas cousin for the first time. I loved the name Eric ever since and named my son Eric when he was born. Eric and I were best friends and brothers from the day we met as busboys at the Webb AFB Officer's club back in 1971. OMG did we have some good times! He was taken from us way too early and I already miss him so much. It's going to be tough getiing this pain to heal. To Josephine and Harry, Bruce, Mary, Carol, Erica, Blake, and my and Eric's other brother Steve, all I can say is I'm so very sorry. Time will heal the pain, but we will never forget Eric. We get to keep the memories forever. We all loved him. There have been very few males that I can say I've ever loved - I can count them all on one hand - but Eric is definitely one of them. Rest in peace my brother. We will meet again.

We would often see Eric at ours kids school activities. He always remembered my birthday (because it is the day before his) and would remind me that he is a year younger than him. We would always have a laugh and wish each other happy birthday. RIP Eric! Our thoughts and prayers to the family.
