Enrique \Ricky\ Sabedra, Jr., 44, of Knott, died Wednesday, April 23, 2014 in a local hospital. Vigil services will be 7:00 PM Thursday, April 24, 2014 at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, April 25, 2014 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park, Big Spring. He was born January 6, 1970 in Edinburg, Texas. Ricky attended schools in Big Spring and Ackerly. A hard worker, he had worked for Lozano's Surity Bail Bond and the TA Travel Center. He enjoyed music and playing the guitar. Survivors include his mother, Virginia Sandavol of Knott; a sister, Hilda Flores and husband, Joe of Knott; a grandmother, Frances Patterson of Edinburg; and five nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Enrique Sabedra; his step-father, Arnulfo Sandoval; and his grandparents, Jesus and Josefa Mendez.
