Sue Wiesman, 44, of Midland passed away on Friday, September 28, 2007 at the Hospice Inpatient Unit at Midland Memorial Hospital. Services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, October 1, 2007 at St. Stephen's Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Viewing will be held on Saturday at the funeral home, 3800 N. Big Spring St. in Midland. A rosary will be held on Sunday at 7:00 pm at the St. Stephen's Catholic Church. She was born February 22,1963 in Hereford, Texas to John E. and Eva McCleskey. Sue grew up and attended schools in Seminole, Texas. She married Darrel Wiesman on April 23, 1988 in Seminole.Sue helped run the family business, McCleskey Gin and Cotton Warehouse in Seminole. She was a Creative Memories Consultant and taught religious Education at St. Ann's Catholic Church from 1997 to 1998. Sue and her husband Darrel owned and operated Lone Star USA Safety and Training since 1996. Sue loved caring for her two children and enjoyed various water sports, jetskiing and traveling to the lake in Del Rio with her family.Survivors include, Her husband Darrel Wiesman of Midland; son, Chad Wiesman and a daughter, Angela Wiesman both of the home; a brother, Bill McCleskey of Amarillo; brother, Pete McCleskey of Denton and a large host of friends and extended family.She was preceded in death by her parents.
