Visitation will be held at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.Chuck was born in Colorado City, Texas on April 3, 1961 to Glenna (Bills) and C.C. Bane. He grew up in Snyder, Texas and graduated from Snyder High School in 1980. He attended Western Texas College.Chuck was married to Patricia Lally on August 14, 1993 in Midland, Texas.After 20 years of working for various oil field companies, Chuck started his first business in 2001. Bird Dog Marketing was initiated to offer a service that would answer a need he saw from his own experiences in the oil field. Oil Dog Pipe Rentals was created in 2007 as an extension of Bird Dog Marketing to offer their customers an additional service. Because of Chuck’s vision, hard work and the loyalty of his customers, Oil Dog Pipe Rentals has become a very successful business.Chuck is survived by his wife, Patricia; daughters Taylor Bane, Tessa Bane, Christina (Zack) Setzler, Suzanne Lovejoy, and Kathleen Cotter; his mother, Glenna Bane, sister, Gaylan (Jeff) Mason; brothers, Eddie (Penny) Bane and Delwin Bane; grandchildren Haley, William, Austin, Korbin, Mary Eloise, Donovan, and Johnathan; nieces, Ali Bane, Karli Bane, and Molly Mason; nephew, Curtis (Becca) Mason; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.Chuck is preceded in death by his father, C.C. Bane; his grandparents, Weldon and Willie Bills, and Edgar and Ava Bane; and his father-in-law, Robert E. Lally, Sr.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Gifts of Hope, 2006 W.
