Tia, I have great love for you. I am so honored of having lived with you in Abilene Texas. I am grateful for your sister my grandmother Amalia Chavez of taking my to Big Spring many, many times as I was growing up. Tia, rest in peace and tell my mama (your sister Amalia Chavez) that I love and miss her very much. Tia, I miss you. My prayers are with all my extended family. Every time I would call you, you always knew it was me...I loved you for that... I am so sorry I can not be there. But my thoughts and prayers are with you and the family. Terri and Gordito (my son that you met at the family reunion...he was driving you around ).

To Elvira's family: I also have fond memories of Elvira and my grandmother Estefana Ramirez and the times that they spent together. They loved each other dearly and were the best of friends. They had alot in common, they were fantastic grandmothers. They left us with beautiful memories which will last us until we see them again.

To The Family Of Elvira...I was deeply saddened to hear of Elvira's passing. I have so many fond memories of her and my grandmother Estefana, especially when the would spend hours "chatting away" on the phone!! I know my grandmother welcomed her with open arms and they are sitting in heaven "chatting". Thoughts and prayers for you all.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
