She is preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Conley; and her brothers, Alfonso Flowers and Johnny DeWayne Flowers.
Ann’s life was based on Godly principles. She was a loving mother and friend. She loved butterflies and bird houses. She loved to decorate and write poetry. Purple was her absolute favorite color. She worked in the MISD kitchen for 10 years and also worked for Harrigans Restaurant in Midland. Ann then went to Snyder and worked at Rita’s Cake Shop and Texas BBQ. She returned to Midland and worked for First Baptist Church for over twenty years until her retirement.
Ann loved people and people loved her. She started her own ministry called Heart to Heart Ministries giving cards and letters to those who needed encouragement, but most of all prayers and poetry for different occasions. She was a member of the Faith Temple COGIC under the tutelage of Rev. W.C Kenan. She loved her children unconditionally as well as her loving husband, Leroy Franklin III. She cherished the years she spent taking care of her mother, Dorothy Conley and she cherished her very best friend Pam Brown.
Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Midland. Online condolences may be made at www.nwpelch.com.
