Eleanore Wigley, 89, of Midland, passed away Sunday, June 5, 2011, at her residence. Graveside services will be held at 9:00 am, Friday, June 10, 2011 at Resthaven Memorial Park with Rev. David Johnson, officiating. Eleanore was born July 16, 1921 in Philadelphia, PA to Margaretta (Sweeney) and Curtis Asher Hearn. She married Marvin L. Wigley on May 18, 1946 in Philadelphia. They lived in Jackson, MS, Hattiesburg, MS and Wichita Falls, TX. They made Midland their permanent home in 1954.Survivors include husband, Marvin of Midland; daughter, Linda L. Wigley of Grapevine; son, Robert Wigley and wife Gayla of Midland; grandsons, Stan Wigley of Midland and Daniel Corbell and wife Crystal of Liberty Hill, TX; great grandson, Rhyder Corbell of Liberty Hill; nieces, Susan Bishop Haigh of Hawaii, Janice Haigh of Oakland, CA, Nancy Widner of Peachtree, GA, Janet Johnson of Crystal Springs, MS and Barbara Alfaro of Pearl, MS; and nephew, Arthur Haigh, Jr. of Orienda, CA.
