Eddie Mae Stieghan, 83, of Midland passed away on March 23, 2008. Eddie was born in Cromwell, OK and eventually moved to Houston, TX, where she met her beloved husband, Billie Wirt Stieghan. Bill and Eddie were members of Belleview Baptist Church where they have many wonderful friends.She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Billie Stieghan; daughter, Billie Donnette Sartain and husband, Stan; daughter, Bobbie McNatt; three grandchildren, Craig and wife, DeAnne Sartain, Danny and wife, Regina Sartain and Marian and husband, Justin Sasso; four great-grandchildren, Andrew, Tori, Chad and James Sartain.She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H.E. Brooks and her sister, Pauline White.The family will be receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory in Midland, TX. Graveside services will be at 3:00 PM, Thursday, March 27, 2008 at Laurel Land Cemetery in Fort Worth, TX.The family wishes to express their gratitude to Dr. Padmadja Patel and Hospice of Midland for all their kindnesses.
