Elwin Collom, chaplain with Home Hospice, officiating.He was born on August 2, 1930, in Lynn County, Texas and married Glenodene Hanks on February 1, 1949 in Big Spring, Texas.Dwain owned and operated Williams Oilfield Construction Co. for 30 years. He was a Baptist.Survivors include his wife, Glenodene Williams; two daughters, Sheryl Gass and husband, Jackie, and Debra Lusk and husband, Joe; one son, Geary Williams and wife, Kim, all of Big Spring; six grandchildren, Eric Lusk and wife, Toni, and Kristin Tubb and husband, Chris, all of Austin, Keith Monger and wife, Charlene, of El Paso, Ryan Williams and wife, Heather, of Forth Worth, Sara Myers and husband, Justin, and Jace Williams all of Big Spring; two great grandchildren, Evan Tubb and Matthew Monger.Pallbearers will be Eric Lusk, Chris Tubb, Keith Monger, Ryan Williams, Jace Williams, Justin Myers and Monte Smith.The family will receive friends from 6 PM to 7 PM Monday at the funeral home.Arrangements under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Big Spring.
