Elmo was my cousin - his dad and my dad (Ray Phillips) were brothers. Although I had not see Dorothy Belle in many years I remember how friendly she was and how much Elmo loved her. I am sorry that I did not see the notice of her passing until now and that I missed her services. The Phillips family mourns her death but rejoices in knowing that she is reunited with Elmo and is now with the Lord.
