Donnie F. Tubb, 81, of Big Spring passed away Saturday morning, May 5, 2007, quietly at his home. Services will be at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 8, 2007, at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with Royce Clay, officiating. Interment will be at Trinity Memorial Park.He was born July 25, 1925 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Henry and Bertha Tubb. Donnie was raised in Big Spring and enlisted in the United States Marine Corp during World War II. He married Bonnie Faye Patton on March 9, 1946. Donnie retired from Cosden Refinery after over 35 years of dedicated service. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his family.He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Bonnie Tubb of Big Spring; two daughters, Connie Mayes and her husband, Gary, of Big Spring and Robbie Ray and her husband, Clark, of Midland; one son, Donnie F. Tubb II and his wife, Anne, of Big Spring; six grandsons, Shawn Eason and his wife, Mara, of Wylie, Curtis McKnight III and his wife, Kristi, Donnie F. Tubb III and Wesley McKnight all of Midland, David Mayes and his wife, Kaymie, of Abilene, Sammy Ray of Denver, Colorado, and three granddaughters, Summer Martin and her husband, Gary, of Big Spring, Erica Johnson and her husband, Delaneo, of McKinney and Shelley Norman and her husband, Craig, of Big Spring. His family includes five great-grandsons and six great-granddaughters. He is also survived by three sisters, Bonnie Barber and Janice Ikler both of Odessa and Helen Faulkner of Mansfield; and two brothers, Bill Tubb of Hattiesburg, Mississippi and Larry Tubb of Garland.His parents, Henry and Bertha Tubb preceded him in death.Pallbearers will be Shawn Eason, Curtis McKnight III, Wesley McKnight, Donnie F.
