Curtis, words cannot express my deep sympathy for the loss of your loving wife. This comes as a shock to me. I know she ment the world to you, and I am deeply sadened. You and your family are in my prayers and may God grant you a peace in your heart that will carry you forth. Your friend always Kenny Awtry
Curtis, Coltin, and Christen, Our dear neighbors, our heartfelt sympathy and prayers go out to you. We are so saddened to hear about your Wife and Mother. You must trust God and know that she is in Heaven. We know that you are surrounded by relatives and friends who love you, and we are thinking of you. We don't get the Herald newspaper on any regular schedule, and was not aware of this. We actually came home this past weekend as we had dental and CPA appointments all day on Monday. We drove by and saw all the cars at your house, but had no clue as to what was happening. Your neighbor, Violet Patterson came over as we were leaving to come back to Dallas Tuesday morning and told us. Hopefully, we will see you the next time we're in town. With love, Norma, Ronnie, and Donnie Wheeler
Curtis I was devastated to hear about Dena's passing. I have never forgotten what you and Dena did for me when I needed help. You and Dena's love and kindness touched me deeply. You will be in my prayers and I know God will wrap His arms around you and your children. Cheral
Curtis -- We were stunned to hear of Dena's passing. Jerry and I both cried. We have such fond memories of you and Dena in the youth group at First Church. Seems like only yesterday. You were both such a blessing and we were privileged to be your friends. Please consider yourself hugged. We will be praying for you and your precious family. Love, Diane and Jerry
Curtis, you probably will need to ask your mother who I am, but our family has kept up with yours throughout the years. I am so sorry to hear of your loss, but I hope you and the "children" are comforted by the words of Jesus - for he went to prepare a place that where He is we may be also. Our prayers are with you during this tough time. Dorthy and Ken Casten
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
Took care of Dena in the hospital at SMMC and saw her specialness thru the love you shared for Dena and each other. My prayers are with you and God bless you. May Dena rest in God's love
