Delmer was a veteran of World War II. He lived most of his life in Howard County and loved to work with his hands, especially with wood. He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. My deepest condolences to the family of Delmer. He was a wonderful neighbor. We lived at 2205 Warren and bought his place when he moved to “town”. We have a few personal items he left in the small shed that we would like to return to family if interested.
