I only met Mr. Foutch once, but I do know that he had a wonderful son and daughter in Shawn and Debbie. I worked with them for 8 years and heard only good things about their Dad. Shawn devoted almost every vacation to spending time with his father. I know he will be missed greatly.

I know Mr. Foutch was a great dad from the stories I hear from his children. On the occasions I had opportunity to meet him I know he had a great sense of humor. I know that as soon as Shawn got back from vacation he was already planning to go back to see his dad in Texas. My families thoughts and prayers are with your families. We will see your dad again some day soon in heaven. What a blessed hope we have.
Cindy and Eddie Mansfield left a message on November 30, -0001:
We know Mr. Foutch was a wonderful man by the way his son, Shawn, spoke about him. We didn't have the honor of meeting him personally. When Shawn talked about him, there was deep love and emotion towards him. We know for sure that Mr. Foutch raised a fine, outstanding family. We pray that God will comfort you at this time and know that your Dad is in the precious arms of Jesus, welcoming him home.
