Deborah Lyn Lewis

Deborah Lyn Lewis passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 1^st, 2026, in Midland, TX at the young age of 52.

Deborah was born on October 23^rd, 1973, in Houston, TX to Patricia Henwood. She graduated from Midland Lee High School in 1992 and later married her high school sweetheart, Danny on February 2^nd, 1995. She then attended Midland College for two years while pursuing her nursing degree. Deborah was the absolute best Mimi to her four grandchildren; they were her entire world. She loved spending time with them by playing board games, singing nursery rhymes, and telling stories. If she wasn’t spending time with her grandchildren, you could find her enjoying cuddles from her five dogs, Cooper, Gunner, Boomer, Winnie, and Shit Stain (AKA Ladybug). She also enjoyed watching the birds and seeing all the beauty nature had to offer. She was the most loving person who dedicated her time to being a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother.

Deborah is survived by her husband, Danny Lewis, her daughter Caitlin Lewis and fiancé Matthew Light, son Brandon Lewis and wife Rebecca Lewis, and grandchildren Kensleigh, Kason, Dallas, and Colt.

Deborah is preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Henwood.
