Dannetta “Dee” Perkins

Dannetta “Dee” Perkins passed December 29, 2022 at home surrounded by family. Visitation will be held December 31, 2022 at Nalley-Pickle and Welch funeral home in Midland, TX from 3 to 5 pm. Interment will be held January 1, 2023 at Millersview Cemetery in Millersview, TX at 1pm.

Dee was born to Danny Lee and Jackie “Arlene” Smedley December 21, 1961 in Cortez, CO. Dee married her high school sweetheart Mark K. Perkins June 30, 1978. She worked her whole life to support her family.

Dee is survived by her husband Mark Perkins, her children James A Perkins and wife Ashley Borsella, daughter Rebecca Bryant and husband Justin Bryant, her seven grandchildren, her brothers Danny and wife Grace Smedley, and Ron and Karen Smedley. Many cousins, nieces/nephews and great nieces/nephews. Plus so many adopted family.
Dee was preceded in death by her parents Danny and Arlene Smedley.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Cystic fibrosis Foundation, or The wounded Warriors Project.
