Daniel Medellin Vasquez, 33, of Midland, passed away Saturday, June 29, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Chapel. Daniel was born on July 11, 1979 in San Marcos, Texas to Maria and Irineo Vasquez.Danny was a hard worker in the oil field, where he received his Well Control Training Certification. He enjoyed the outdoors, traveling to new places and animals. He is kind hearted and dedicated his life and time to being someone his family and friends could depend on. He was very close to his nephews and niece. His family loves and will miss him very much. He is survived by his mother, Maria Vasquez of Midland; sister, Elva Vasquez of Midland; sister, Dianna Vasquez Sullins and husband C.Dale of Midland, and brother, Eddie Vasquez of Midland; nephews, Christopher Aaron Flores, Thomas Flores III, Michael James Flores, and Malachi Joel Flores and niece, Stephanie Renee Flores. Daniel is preceded in death by his father, Irineo Eddie Vasquez. Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Midland.
