Kim, may the shower of prayers and sweet memories comfort you in the days ahead. Your mom was so precious. What a wonderful fun friend. She will be missed by so many. She was so proud of you and those grandbabies. When we spoke she always lifted you up. She left a sweet part of herself with all of us who were so blessed to have been a part of her life. But most of all she'll always live in you. God bless and keep His loving arms around you and your sweet family.

To Kim and her family: I am so sorry for the loss of Cindy. I had just been thinking about her last week and told myself that I was going to contact her the next time I was in Plainview and ask her to meet me in Lubbock for lunch. Time is such a robber. Kim, you had the best mom God ever put on this earth. I can remember so many times how she talked about your successes, and those GRANDgirls were Cindy's heart and soul. I am so lucky to have met and become friends with Cindy. She was the sweetest person I have ever known. I never heard Cindy ever say an unkind word about anybody in all the years I knew her. And, for all of the students whom Cindy touched and taught during her years as an educator they will forever be blessed. I, too, will always remember Cindy's beautiful brown eyes and her smile. She never changed. My prayers are with you and your family. You now have your guardian angel with you forever and ever as do Cindy's GRANDgirls. God bless.
