I had just been thinking about her last week and told myself that I was going to contact her the next time I was in Plainview and ask her to meet me in Lubbock for lunch. Time is such a robber. Kim, you had the best mom God ever put on this earth. I can remember so many times how she talked about your successes, and those GRANDgirls were Cindy's heart and soul. I am so lucky to have met and become friends with Cindy. She was the sweetest person I have ever known. I never heard Cindy ever say an unkind word about anybody in all the years I knew her. And, for all of the students whom Cindy touched and taught during her years as an educator they will forever be blessed. I, too, will always remember Cindy's beautiful brown eyes and her smile.
