Cindy Inderlied, 60, of Big Spring, Texas, was called into Heaven on Monday, September 30, 2024. The family will receive friends for visitation from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Thursday, October 3, 2024 at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel. Funeral Service is 10:00 am, Friday, October 4, 2024 at Cornerstone Covenant Church, 706 E. 12th St., Big Spring followed by interment at Trinity Memorial Park.
Cindy was born August 6, 1964 in Cleburne, Texas and married the love of her life, Greg Inderlied in 1983 in Tecumseh, Oklahoma. She attended and received a business associate’s degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Cindy spent her working career in retail sales and management. She worked in various locations for Lerner and Victoria Secret Stores over the successful course of her 19-year career. Cindy was a talented and natural leader in all she did – in work and in her family. After her first career in management, she then became a co-owner of the family furniture and flooring business. Cindy’s many talents did not stop just in business leadership, she was also known for her love of helping people as well as design and decorating. Whether it was serving the Church with her decorating talents or helping decorate the various family member’s weddings, baby showers, or even their homes – she truly had an unmatched God given talent and passion for making things beautiful.
Cindy was a loving and devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sibling, and friend. Cindy loved God. She loved her Family, her Friends; and strongly loved her Grandchildren. She loved her granddaughter, Lillian, and grandson, Asher. Always taking the opportunity to pour her love into each child and in return they gave her so much joy. Cindy loved traveling with family and going on cruises. She had an adventurous spirit that was contagious. You could climb to the top of the mountain with her and have the most fun talking and laughing that you would not mind how difficult that mountain was to climb. She was so many of the things that we aspire to be, and it was a blessing to have known her.
Cindy leaves to cherish her memory, her father and mother, Cordell and Odena Mitchell; her son, Tate; her daughter and son-in-law, Katelyn and Landon Stone; her grandchildren, Lillian and Asher Stone; her siblings, Jonathan, Shirley, and Mark; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
Cindy was preceded in death by her husband, Greg Inderlied, and a granddaughter, Braylee Stone.
The family suggests memorial donations to the Braylee Rose Foundation. The Braylee Rose Foundation was founded in 2021 in remembrance of Cindy’s granddaughter, Braylee. The Foundation’s mission is to financially support families who experience the loss or severe illness of a child, because no family should have to choose being absent to pay the bills over spending important time together. Donations can be made via www.brayleerose.org or landon@brayleerose.org.
