My Aunt Corene was one of my very best friends. She was someone who was such a pleasure to be around and I always had a wonderful time being with her. I always considered her as my life-line when I moved away from home for the first time. I will miss her terribly and will always remember the fun and laughter and good times spent with her. I am sad to hear that Aunt Corene has passed away. I enjoyed being with her at the family reunions, and she attended my parents 50th wedding anniversity. I remember her always laughing and always fun to be around. When my parents lived in Big Springs we were able to see her several times. She was a great lady and I will miss her greatly.
