Pam and Renee, I can't tell you how heart broken I am for both of you and knowing the great losses you have endured in such a short matter of days. I hope you are able to find comfort in the many wonderful memories you will have of both your parents and just what special people they were and how many of us truly loved them. They were such a big part of my life growing up in Stanton and like my other parents, always showing me love including me like one of their own kids. I have so many wonderful memories and I will cherish those always. I am so sorry. I love you both.

Renee & Pam, Just to let you know, my prayers are with you. Claude was a great person, as was Barbara. But, I don't have to tell you that, you know firsthand. I enjoyed working with your dad at First National Bank in the 80's. May God heal your hearts and guide you through the coming days. With Love, Edna

It's been 26 years since I had the pleasure of working with Claude at First National Bank in Stanton. I have many sweet memories of the way Claude cared for everyone - from his co-workers to his clients - all considered him their friend. He was always respectful and kind - with a good heart. I am grateful to have known him.

I was so shocked to see that Claude and Barbara passed away. They were wonderful people and I know you'll miss them very much. I worked for Farmers Home for many years and went to many conventions and meetings with Claude. I also got to spend a lot of time with Barbara even though I knew Claude better. He was one of the sweetest men I ever met and he loved Barbara dearly. You have my very deepest sympathy. Mattie Norwood
