I was heartbroken to hear of Clarence’s passing! Clarence was one of my favorite residents. He greeted everyone every morning as they came to work, and would tell you goodbye and see you tomorrow at the end of the day. I was always telling him his chair was for sitting in and his bed was for sleeping in. He would tell me, “I know!” And I would say, “I know you know, but you aren’t going to do it are you.” He would laugh and say “No.” Then I would laugh and give him a hug and say, “I know!” He had a giving heart and would color pictures for us. And he never forgot anything. He knew what was behind every cabinet door in my office. Never failed to tell me when I needed to order more of an item. LOL he will forever be in my heart.
