I was blessed that Chris took me into his family with open arms. He helped Joseph and I in more ways than I can count such as our home on Princeton, and fixing our house after Harvey. My fondest memories are his blue cheese salads, I could eat the whole bowl! When he made us breakfast on Christmas. I loved watching Super Bowls with him, it was never dull!! My most cherished memories were Christmas Eves at his parents. The most memorable one was when it snowed and him and Joseph had a snowball fight in the backyard. Chris and his family were always so welcoming, and his face would always light up when he spoke of our children. He was like a father to me and I loved him. I am a better person for knowing Chris and his family.

My dear Chrissy, I’m so fortunate to have shared my childhood with a brother who was a fierce protector over his sisters, had a heart of gold and would literally give the shirt off his back for anyone he loved. You were also the biggest scaredy-cat I’ve ever known, but that was also part of your charm. It warms my heart to know you are living in peace with Jesus, but, I will miss you every day of my life. I’ll love you forever! Your loving sister , Sharon
