It is with heavy hearts we announce Christina Lauren Wilkerson, 33, of Big Spring, passed away April 13, 2023 at University Medical Center, Lubbock. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, April 22, 2023 at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with James Luna of Family Faith Center, officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm prior to the service.
Christina was born in Dallas, TX, April 12, 1990. She married James Wilkerson while living there on October 30, 2010. She had a passion for life, people and animals while always striving for a positive attitude. She was a caring individual who always was there to help others. She had a short career as a Medicare advantage sales representative with a reputation for making clients cry tears of joy. Christina loved cooking because feeding the body fed the soul. She was an avid reader of fan fiction and fantasy stories.
Christina is survived by her husband, James; sister, Josie Meinzer and husband Nick Meinzer, their children Samantha, Reagan, Nicholas, and Ian; brother, John Rhodes and wife Randa Rhodes and their child Paxton; her in-laws James and Beverly Wilkerson; sister-in-law Brandi Wilkerson and child Reagan.
