Graveside services will be held at 11:00am, Friday, September 5, 2014 at Resthaven Memorial Park.Charles is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Burns; children, Rusty, Sharon, and Cindy; and 6 siblings, Doris, Shirley, Sherry, Joe, Bernie, and Chapple \Doodle\.He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Crete Burns.Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Midland.
