I am his great grand daughter. At the time I was very young when he died and didn't really understand that death means he isn't coming back. I remember so many great memories with him. We used to play with my building blocks and make jails for my little toys. He taught me how to spin a penny. He was always there for me even though I was only 4. He was my favorite person and finally understanding he's gone when I was 7 was very tough. I miss him so much even after 9 years I still think about him every day. I didn't really get to know him well because over half of my memories of him are gone. I remember when I was 7 I was crying because I missed him so much. He will always be in my heart and I hope to meet him once again at the gates of heaven.

I am so sorry to hear of Chuck's passing. Lawanda, rest assured you are in my thoughts and prayers. You and Chuck were alway so good to me and my family through the years of Trade-N-Treasures. I wish I could give you a big hug and make it better.

A great friend has gone home. For many years we were friends, neighbors, and visited his store many times. He will be missed. Our prayer for the family during the time of Chuck's home going. We will be together again in God's kingdom and be forever neighbors again.
