Charles B. Coston went home to be with the Lord Monday, December 1, 2014. The family will hold a memorial service in Hamilton, TX at a later date.Charles was born in Hamilton County, TX on April 24, 1932 to Michael Coston and Alice Bynum Coston. He joined the Army in 1950 and served in Korea, attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant. Upon completion of his military service, he moved to Albany, TX and married Dubrois Robinson. After graduating from Ranger Junior College, he moved his family to the Permian Basin to work in the oilfield. He retired from the Pioneer Corp. in 1986 after 30 years of service.In May of 1988, Charles married Judi Repman. They went into business together as Abraxas Bookkeeping and Tax Service. Charles loved to travel, square dance, go to Lee Rebel football games, and be with his grandchildren. Charles was a friend to everyone and always had a great smile.Charles was preceded in death by Judi earlier this year. Charles is survived by children, Freddy Coston and wife Felicia of Fort Worth, TX, Coy Coston of Hamilton, TX, stepdaughter and son-in-law, Pam and Randy Friday of Midland, TX, stepdaughter and son-in-law, Leslie and Michael Northcut of Pennsylvania, stepdaughter and son-in-law, Tina and Pepa Fuata of El Paso, TX and stepson and daughter-in-law, Scott and Lisa Repman of Glendale, AZ; 22 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and many other family members who loved him dearly.In lieu of flowers, please send memorial donations to Hospice Midland, PO Box 2621, Midland, TX 79702.Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Midland.
