Catherine Corson Hunnicutt, 40, of Big Spring, died on Tuesday, March 9, 2004, at her residence. A wake service will be held at 7:00 PM Thursday, March 11, 2004 at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, March 12, 2004 at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church with Rev. Richard Reagan, pastor, officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Memorial Park.She was born on August 30, 1963, in Big Spring, Texas and married Tim Hunnicutt on May 18, 1987 in Big Spring, Texas.Catherine was a lifetime resident of Big Spring. She attended St. Mary's University in San Antonio for 3 years and graduated from the University of Texas with a BS in Pharmacy. She was employed with Leonard's Pharmacy , Inc., where she was a pharmacist for 14 years, enjoying her profession and the many people she worked with and served. She was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.Survivors include her husband, Tim Hunnicutt of Big Spring; her son, Jake Hunnicutt of Big Spring; her father, Ed Corson and wife, Mary Lee, of Big Spring; her sisters, Mary Nell Corson-Paez and husband, Eduardo, of Houston, Karen Roth of Lafayette, Louisiana and Leigh Corson of Big Spring, her twin brother, Charles Corson and wife, Nina, of Tucson, Arizona; her brother, Steve Corson and wife, Johanna, of Midland; four nephews, J.T. Roth of Ft. Myers, Florida, Anthony Corson, Sterling Corson and James Corson all of Midland, and two nieces, Hannah Corson of Midland and Nadia Corson of Big Spring.She was preceded in death by her mother, Sue Houston Corson.
