I just want you all to know how sorry I am to hear about your mother passing away. I will always remember her sweet, sweet smile and how nice she was to all of us girls. I don't know how she put up with all of us screaming, running and just being girls...she never lost her cool and she was such a gentle woman. I have a very fond memory of Sherri having a slumber party and Mrs. Cagle taking us to toilet paper Glen Barrett's house. We got caught of course and had to go back and clean up, but she just laughed with us and thought it was really funny. She always seemed to have a twinkle in her eye...like you could see her smiling from the inside. God be with all of you, Jacque Yakshaw Moore

Carolyn and I worked together at Texas American Oil Company over 30 years ago. I was so sad to hear of her passing. I will always remember her as she was. Kind, considerate and fun to be with. She never failed to help no matter how busy she may have been and somehow she never seemed to lose her cool. She was a remarkable lady and I will miss her. I am so glad we were able to get together three years ago at Peggy Brown's house for a reunion. She will be missed by all. I wish I could have been at her Memorial Service. Your friend, Jonita Zinz

I met Carolyn in 1977 When I began working for Texas American Oil where I became part of a close knit group of caring women. I have since moved, but still today some of my very best friends are the women I met at TAO. I have never met anyone as kind, gentle, calm, dedicated, professional, and classy as Carolyn. I know she will be greatly missed by everyone who is blessed enough to have known her.

I moved to Noble in my junior year and Carolyn and Zo welcomed me like a long lost friend. We had many good times together. Carolyn set a great example for all of us. I will miss you but keep your memory close always. Carol Jordan

I have so many memories of my Aunt Carolyn from a very young age. She was always wonderful to me! A special treasure is a letter she wrote to me when I graduated from high school trying to guide me in her gracious way. Her deep sense of God and family was evident through her entire life. How blessed we were to have her in our family! I wish that I could be there to pay tribute to such a special soul. Leroy, Stephanie, Sheri and your families....please find a special memory and let that memory help to ease your grief. You are all in my prayers and you have my deepest sympathy.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Leroy and Tricia, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your Mother. It is never easy under any circumstance to be able to forgo the loss of a parent without a measure of grief or tears. It shouldn't be any other way, for that loving devotion that is gifted unto us as children is such a rare and precious jewel. We will treasure that priceless gift through eternity and seek to replica that virtue to our own children and friends while we still walk this world.. We are rest assured in our hearts, mind and soul, that this separation is only temporary because of the victory that Christ has won for us. Understand that you have brothers and sisters in Christ that are praying for you at this time. You are in are hearts. God Bless You All.

Carolyn, Zoleta and I exchanged Christmas presents for 59 years---since we were 9 years old. Even if we didn't talk all year, we would try to get together at Christmas and stay in touch. We always looked forward to that. She was such a kind, considerate and caring person. She will be missed. I wish I could be there for the services.
