Carol was my sister in law. We became friends in 1996. She helped me with several real estate deals over the years and taught me a lot about it. What I will always remember her for the most and appreciate her for was when my wife, Debbi Folger Patterson, passed away. Carol was one of the few people that came to visit me in the weeks and months after Debbi’s passing. She was always full of encouragement and always brightened my day. She told me stories about Debbi from her youth in Missouri and helped me through one of the worst times in my life. Carol was one of the toughest and bravest people I’ve ever met. I’m proud to have been a small part of her life. I will miss you sister.

I am sorry so to hear of the passing of Carol. I had the pleasure of working with her for many years and she loved her job and she loved her clients and that showed in every transaction she had. Prayers for peace for the family during this time.
