Caroline Kell O'Donohoe Bolger, 76, of Midland passed away on Monday, August 14, 2017 surrounded by her family. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 from 4:00-6:00 pm at The Branch at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at 11:00 am at First Presbyterian Church in Midland with a private burial at Resthaven Memorial Park.Caroline was born on May 16, 1941 to Nancy and Jack O'Donohoe in Wichita Falls, TX. She met her husband, Perry in Austin while attending the University of Texas. They married in Wichita Falls, TX, on January 28, 1961. They moved to Midland in 1976. Caroline was a wonderful wife and homemaker who spent her time raising their four children. She loved her husband, family and friends and especially her grandchildren and great-grandson.Caroline is survived by her children, Perry Bolger, Jr., of Houston; Barr Bolger and wife, Christa of Midland; Catherine Bolger Graham and husband, Mark of Scottsdale, AZ; and Caroline Bolger Hinson and husband Mike of Austin; 9 grandchildren: Jack and his wife, Shelby Bolger of Midland; Emma and Brady Bolger of Midland; Mac, J.P., and Kell Graham of Scottsdale, AZ; Jamison and Adelle Hinson of Austin; Kate Bolger of Houston; her beloved great-grandson, John Barr Bolger, III, of Midland; her brother, John F. O’Donohoe, III, of Wichita Falls; and her sister, Mary O’Donohoe McGregor of Wichita Falls.She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Perry Bolger.The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to Dr. Summer Merritt and the home health-care nurses who so lovingly attended her. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been directed to Midland Children’s Rehabilitation Center (802 Ventura Ave, Midland, TX 79705), or First Presbyterian Church of Midland (800 W Texas Ave, Midland, TX 79701).Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Midland.
