Britney Meshal Look

Britney Meshal Look, to most known as Meshal, passed away on October 28, 2023, at the age of 35 after a long battle with epilepsy. She was born on June 26, 1988, in Midland, Texas.

Meshal had a beautiful smile that could light up any room, and she had a heart full of compassion and forgiveness. Despite her life being cut short, she made countless memories that we will all treasure.

Meshal is survived by her two sons, Matthew Deras and Caden Look, both of Odessa. She is also survived by her parents, Stephanie and Skeet Glover of Odessa, and Pat Look of Midland. Meshal leaves behind her siblings, Courtney Davis and husband Andrew and nephew Drew of Odessa, Park Look of Odessa, Julie Lairson and husband Ross of Houston, along with their children Hank and Annie, Holly Glover of Dallas and Tommy New of California. Grandmother, Nancy Look of El Paso, along with aunts, uncles, many cousins and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother Janie Belford (Nanny) of Midlothian, grandmother Jackie Barnes (Grandmere) of Odessa, great grandmother Gladys Boroughs (Mammaw) of Midlothian, and grandparents Dick and Peggy Glover of Odessa. Grandfather Park Look of El Paso.

Meshal attended LBJ Elementary and Bonham Junior High she graduated from Permian High School Class of 2006. In her career, Meshal worked in the public retail service industry. She was known for her dedication and commitment to providing excellent customer service. Meshal had a love for games and was very competitive. Board games, cards, she enjoyed playing bingo and bowling. She found joy in the company of others and loved being surrounded by people.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 10, 2023, at 10 am at Crossroads, located at 6901 Texas 191 Frontage Road, Odessa, Texas. With Pastor Shane Branecky officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Epilepsy Foundation or Harmony Home of Odessa, two causes that were close to Meshal’s heart.

Nalley, Pickle and Welch, located in Midland, Texas, is assisting the family with the funeral arrangements.

Meshal will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her infectious smile, compassionate nature, and love for life will forever be remembered. May she rest in peace.
