Brenda Holmes was born on December 19^th 1962 in Fort Smith Arkansas to Ralph and Patsy Webb. The family moved to Midland Texas July of 1957. Brenda met the love of her life while working at her parents’ shop Midland Frame and Wheels. Dewayne and Brenda were married on July 31, 1982. They had 43 wonderful years of marriage. Brenda worked as an Escrow Officer for nearly 40 years between WTA and Permian Abstract.

Brenda is survived by her husband Dewayne Holmes, her 3 sons Stefan Holmes (wife Christina), Braden Holmes (wife Sara), Alec Holmes (wife Desiree) and her one grandson Morgan who was her pride and joy. Brenda also leaves behind her mother Patsy Webb and her 3 brothers. David Webb (his wife Gale), Lloyd Webb (his wife Teresa), Bryan Webb (his partner Kelly). She leaves behind several nieces and nephews.

Brenda is preceded in death by her father Ralph Webb, her father-in-law James Holmes. A visitation will begin at 1 PM on Monday December 29^th, 2025, at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory. Graveside Services will follow the viewing at 3 at Ellis Resthaven 4616 N Big Spring Street.

I am so very sorry to hear of Brenda’s passing and wanted to let her family know they are in my prayers! Praying for the peace and comfort that only God can provide in the tough days ahead. I had the pleasure of working with Brenda for many years at WTA and will always be grateful for her friendship and for taking the time to show me the ropes when I first started there. I’m sure she’s found Marion by now and they are talking about the good ole days.
