Bonnie Michelle Hopkins

Bonnie Michelle Hopkins, 53 of Cisco, passed away on May 10, 2026. A visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sunday, May 17, 2026, at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, May 18, 2026, at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.

Bonnie was born March 13, 1973, in Midland, Texas to Teena and Billy Jo McCabe. She graduated from Midland High School in 1991. She was a member of the Midland High Drill Team. She attended Midland College.

Bonnie met the love of her life, David Hopkins in May of 2012. They were married on March 16, 2013. They were married 13 years and 57 days. They resided in Midland and Cisco, Texas. Bonnie and David both loved traveling as often as possible. Upon moving to the ranch in Cisco, she acquired many more farm animals and enjoyed the ranch/farm life.

Bonnie worked for twenty-five plus years at several companies within the oil and gas and medical industries. She loved family events and get togethers, but mostly Bonnie loved spending time with grandchildren.

Bonnie is survived by husband, David Hopkins of Cisco; daughter, Randa and husband Brady Elliott of Midland and their three children, Tallyn, Karli and Paxton; daughter Teena and fiancé Caleb Barrilleaux and their ten children, Raiden, Ryleigh, Milliana, Caleb (Bull), Brandelyn, Bristyn, Bostyn, Hadli, Bellamy and Baylor; fur baby, Molly, a 16 year old rat terrier; brother, Michael Gene McCabe and wife Melissa and their 3 children and 6 grandchildren; parents, Teena and Arvol Brown of Midland; mother in love, Patricia Hopkins of Brady, Texas; grandfather, Bill Kelly of Midland; stepchildren, Josh Hopkins and daughter Jersey of Brady, Texas, Ryan Hopkins of Houston, Texas, Jaclyn Hopkins Wilson and husband Sebastian and son Lucas of San Angelo, Texas; and numerous aunts and uncles.

Bonnie is preceded in death by father, Billie Joe McCabe; sister, Bonnie Jo McCabe; grandmother, JoAnn Kelly; grandfather, Woodson A. Adkins; grandmother, Reva Berneice McCabe; uncles, Albert Wesley McCabe, Jr (Buddy), Michael Edwards McCabe, and Danny Rae McCabe; aunt, Phillis Sue Rhorer; cousins, Timothy Dane McCabe and Charley McCabe; and father in love, Joe Hopkins.

Pallbearers will be Josh Hopkins, Ryan Hopkins, Brady Elliott, Caleb Barrilleaux, Sebastian Wilson Kevin Wilson, Kevin Conklin, and Michael McCabe.

The Family would like to thank and show their appreciation to the staff at Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center-Fort Worth for the dedication and attention in Bonnie’s care. Especially the Staff on the CVICU unit, the team of Doctors & Nurses that provided the best medical support in her time of need. We are extremely grateful to Alex, Clair and Brook who worked tirelessly to provide for her needs. We will hold them in a special place in our hearts.
