Billy Randall (Randy) Webb, 49, of Midland, died on Tuesday, January 1, 2013, in a local hospital. He was born on September 5, 1963, in Bonham, Texas, and had lived in Midland the last two years.Randy is survived by one son, Britt Webb and wife Lauren; two daughters, Bridget Pyle and husband Justin of Midland, and Taylor Webb of Abilene; his mother, Mary Webb of Midland; three grandchildren; Caden Webb, Brayten Webb, Corben Pyle: two sisters, Vicky McKandles of Midland and Terrikim Emelander of Michigan; one brother, Billy Joe Webb of Abilene; niece, Kendra Davis; and many other love ones.He is preceded in death by his father, Bobby Joe Webb; and two brothers, Larry Webb and David Webb.Memorials may be made to a favorite charity of your choice. I will always remember Billy's zeal for life, his kindness and his love and dedication to his children and grandchildren. His bright smile would light up any room that he entered and he could be a little mischievous at times. That is what we loved about him.
