Sue Bailey Bedingfield left a message on February 12, 2021:
I just learned of Billie Harding‘s passing. My prayers are with the loved ones she left behind. Miss Harding was one of the kindest teachers I had in Snyder High School. I’ve shared with my family many times what a positive influence she was in my life. She challenged me to step outside of my comfort zone and do more. I will always remember her kind words of encouragement. I am rejoicing that she is, now, home with our Lord!

Billie was a wonderful person and she will be missed by us all. She was my Sigma Kappa Sorority sister and I was lucky to get to become reacquainted with her again after so many years. My prayers are with you. God's Peace, Jean Howze

Your family is in my prayers and thoughts. I enjoyed so much going to church with Billie years ago. She was such an intelligent, sweet, caring person. She always volunteered to help with anything that needed to be done. We had many wonderful conversations.

In 1961 Billie Faye drove Judy and me to Lubbock to take our ACT exams to enter college. It was a Saturday -- a treasured day off for a teacher (as my parents were). I always appreciated her driving us and listening to Judy and me discuss our lifetime plans and goals.
Janet Wesson left a message on December 8, 2011:
Billie was an outstanding teacher at SHS. Her knowledge of English and her love for the students earned her respect of the students and faculty. The numbers of students she influenced is unknown, but many. My daughter is an English professor at a college and contributes Billie's influence in choosing this career path. She was a dear friend, always staying busy and always learning. I'm thankful she was my friend. I'm sorry I cannot attend her funeral.
Elaine Melot left a message on December 8, 2011:
Billie Harding was my favorite teacher of all my years in school. She was very kind to this shy student. She boosted my self-esteem and made me feel smart when I had no self-confidence. I will always remember her and love her for that.
