Billie Jean Cochrane (Nee Lennon) passed from this earth February 6, 2025, in Midland, Texas.  Her death is preceded by her husband Edward David (Slick) Cochrane, and a sister Mary Lou Lennon.  Billie is survived by a sister Betty (Twinkle) Marschall, a daughter Debby Jacobs, a son Bill Cochrane and his wife Pamela Cochrane, a son David Cochrane, a granddaughter Crystal Mitchell, her husband Rusty Mitchell, and their children Elizabeth Mitchell and Rachel Mitchell, a granddaughter Michelle Richards and her husband Lance Richards and their son Colton Richards.
