Betty Frances Peyton

Betty Peyton, 85, of Midland passed away peacefully in her sleep Wednesday, August 17, at Midland Memorial Hospital. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2005 at 1:00 pm with Father William Tapley of Christ Church officiating. She was born to Ephriam H. Peyton and Carrie Driver Peyton at Texarkana, Texas September 8, 1920. She grew up and was educated in the Texarkana area. She spent most of her life living with her parents and family in Midland.She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Opal Peyton Hoover of Oklahoma City and three brothers, J.W. of Texarkana, Arkansas, Richard and Donald , of Midland. Survivors include two brothers, Robert and William of Midland; a special caregiver, Eva Waldrep, and numerous nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank Dr. Richard Reese and the many caregivers at Manor Park and Mabee Center where she resided for the last 19 years. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to Home Hospice of Midland, 901 W. Missouri, Midland, TX 79701.
