Becky Hughes Gaston, 75, of Big Spring, died Saturday, February 2, 2013, at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with Rev. Calvary Callender and Don Swinney, officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday, February 4, 2013, at the funeral home.She was born on February 6, 1937, in Dallas, Texas. She married O. C. Morrow in 1959, and he preceded her in death February 22, 1973. She then married Jerry Don Hughes August 17, 1973, and he preceded her in death January 23, 1999. She married Calvin C. Gaston in November of 2007, and he preceded her in death September 28, 2011.Becky came to Big Spring in 1959 and had owned and operated three beauty shops. She was a homemaker, enjoyed gardening, quilting and dancing.Survivors include one son, Larry Morrow and wife, Toni of Odessa; one step-son, Scott Hughes and wife, Carla of Big Spring; one step-daughter, Jenny Acebedo of Abilene; three brothers, Rickie Freeman and wife, Becky, Jim Freeman and Randy Freeman and wife, Diane all of the Dallas area; 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Hassell and Mary Lou Freeman; two brothers, Glen Freeman and Gary Freeman; and one sister, Sherry Howard.The family suggests memorials be made to Home Hospice, 111 E. 7th St., Suite A, Big Spring, Texas 79720.Arrangements under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Big Spring.
