Ardis Dale Hayslip, 59, passed away on November 21, 2015. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 1:00PM at Mid-Cities Community Church in Midland.Ardis was born on August 25, 1956 to John and Wanda Hayslip in Hobbs, NM. He graduated from Midland High School and Trinity Bible College in Ellendale, ND. Ardis was an active member of Harvest Time Church in Midland. He loved the Lord, his family, and sports, especially basketball.He is survived by his wife, Jean Hayslip, parents, John and Wanda Hayslip, and brother Kevin Hayslip, all of Midland, sisters Vickie (Larry) Roderick of Burkburnett and Terri Hayslip of Odessa, son-in-law Tyler Hudgins of Midland, sisters-in-law Virginia (Bob) Miller and Sharyn (Ed) Glassgow, nephews Bryan (Christy) Roderick, Brandon (Amanda) Roderick, Rob (Trisha) Miller, Wayne (Janet) Miller, David (Karyl) Miller, Ed (Jordan) Glassgow, and Ian (Miranda) Glassgow, nieces Brittany Roderick, Heather Miller and Shari Glassgow, aunt Billie Harvey and several great nephews, nieces and cousins.He is preceded in death by his daughter, Alyssa Hayslip Hudgins and grandparents, Cullen and Gladys Payne and Paul and Juanita Hayslip.In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be donated to Harvest Time Church, PO Box 8726, Midland, TX, 79708, directed to Teen Challenge of the Permian Basin or Pleasant Hills Children’s Home.Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Midland.
