Ann Marie Fields, 88, of Big Spring, died on Thursday, February 5, 2009, in a local nursing home. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, February 9, 2009 at the Peace Chapel at Trinity Memorial Park with Rev. Steve King, pastor of Birdwell Lane Baptist Church, officiating.The family will receive friends from 4 PM to 5 PM Sunday at the funeral home.She was born on July 20, 1920, in Skokomish Valley, Washington and married Paul "Red" Fields on March 13, 1958 in Seattle, Washington.She graduated from Irene S. Reed High School in Shelton, Washington in 1940 and came to Big Spring in 1964. She worked at Golden Plains Care Center as a nurses aide and a medication aide and had also been a home health provider.Survivors include her husband, Paul "Red" Fields of Big Spring; one daughter & son-in-law, Paula and Tommy Carey of Big Spring; and one grandson. She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister; two brothers; and a granddaughter. The family suggests memorials to the Texas Kidney Foundation, 1525 W.
