Amanda Jo Dietz

Amanda Jo (Hanson) Dietz, 47 of Roswell passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2024. Services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 5, 2024 at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home Chapel in Midland, Texas. There will also be a visitation Sunday August 4, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Nalley Pickle & Welch Funeral Home for anyone who would like to attend.

Amanda was born on December 30, 1976 in Big Spring, TX to Lester Hanson & Deborah Carothers. She married Stuart Shane Dietz July 2, 1994 and became a CNA in 2004. She was a loving wife of 30 years, a proud mother, stepmother and grandmother, as well as a dedicated volunteer with the Red Cross.

Amanda had a passion for cooking and taking care of others. She loved the outdoors and music, but most of all being goofy with the grandchildren.

Amanda is survived by husband Stuart Shane Dietz, 3 children – Mercedez Radcliffe and husband Josh, Gage Dietz and wife Ally, and Madison Dietz, father Lester Hanson and wife Adelina, and 1 brother William Barden. Amanda is preceded in death by mother Deborah Carothers and 2 brothers Roy Hanson and Martin Hanson.

Honorary pallbearers will be grandchildren, Aislyn Wade, Aubrey Radcliffe, Ezra Dietz, Alivia Radcliffe, Hazel Dietz, and Ezme Dietz.
