Allen Lee Crain Jr., of Midland, passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at the age of 77. He was born on August 14, 1948, in Ponca City, Oklahoma, and was the second of four children born to Allen Lee Crain Sr. and Kathryn Cassidy Crain.
Allen was confirmed at Midland Lutheran Church and graduated from Robert E. Lee High School. Throughout his life, he worked many jobs and was known for his strong work ethic. He retired from Hernco Fabrications and Services.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Robert Crain.
Allen is survived by his sister, Carol Devault of El Dorado, Arkansas; his brother, James Crain of Midland; his niece, Courtney Junker, and her sons, Cooper Allen and Christian Junker, all of Midland; and his nephew, Chris Crain and wife Joslyn.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, February 6, 2026 at Resthaven Memorial Park, with Rev. Robbie Boyd officiating.
