Tia Nini, you leave me with so many memories, but the most famous known to everyone is how I was your ugly! As a kid I remember being afraid of going to your house, I think because you were so mean! ;) but over the years I grew up to know that you didn't really mean I was ugly, (I think), you turned my fear into admiration and respect. I realize all those times that I thought you were being mean were all learning lessons, stepping stones to build from, and seeing how you raised your own wonderful kids. Tia- thank you for leaving my mom with the peace of letting go, I think she is at ease knowing that her big sis checked up on her one last time. :,( thank you so much more for never being judgmental and critical towards those you loved. You will be terribly missed.
