Willie Gene (Truck) Walker, 44, of Midland, passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2011 at his residence surrounded by family and friends. Willie was born December 14, 1966 in Midland to Currie and Ella Walker. He played football for Stanton High but lived in Midland his whole life. He married the love of his life Nicole E. Baldwin on May 2, 2011 in Midland. He was a loving family man. Truck was baptized 7 years ago and rededicated his life to Christ. He was a tile layer and a mechanic.Our hearts still ache with sadness and searing tears still flow. He will never be forgotten. His family loved and needed him, but God needed him more. We release him in the hand of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.Willie is survived by his wife, Nicole Baldwin Walker, of Midland; his father, Currie Lee Marion, of Midland; and his mother, Ella Walker Marion, of Midland; his daughter, Autumn Nicole McKinney, of Cleveland, GA; his step-daughter, Trelisa Chambers, of Midland; his step-son, Shawn Andrews, of Midland; God-brothers: Lorenzo Rubio, and Jerry Scharbauer, and Adam Mansifield; sisters: Etta Hulsey (husband Moss) of Cleburne, TX; Belinda Mac Davis, of Midland; Anna Marie Clark, of Midland; and Tena Marie Walker, of Abilene, TX; brothers: Gary Factor, of Lamesa, TX; Carey Williams, of Midland; Timothy Marion, of Midland; Kenneth Marion, of Midland, Ryan P. Walker, of Midland, and William Turitt, of Midland; grandchildren; Kamilah King and Braniya King both of Midland; great aunt, Dorothy Montgomery of Midland; great uncle, James T Bray; uncles, Elmer Montgomery, Dock Carl Davis, James Marion, Henry Carl Marion, And a host of cousins, nephews, and nieces.
